Lombardi serves the Tech sector in the U.S. with custom enclosures. Our experience with advanced resins derived from the Beauty industry are transformed into ways not seen before. Expertise with Surlyn®, designed for heavy walls, offer creative geometries to capture electronics and captivate the eye. Our Bi-Injection capabilities, including 2-shot molding, offers mixed resins to create enclosures with visual depth and innovative functionality.
Lombardi is a full-fledged contract manufacturer for electronic devices in Asia. Examples include the Korean-made Estee Lauder Power Enhancer featuring 3D vibration plus sound and color therapy. Lombardi also manufactures LaMer's Thermal Device in China which includes a machined & anodized aluminum head with heating/cooling capabilities.
Our goal is to work with novel techniques to advance the technology in beauty and beyond. The whole process for DFM (development – design – production – quality control) is conducted by U.S. Headquarters while Asia operations manage the safety and technical requirements to launch the product. With built-in confidence, our mission is to provide the best quality device to the customer.
